The different participation fees are: 

 All fees will include:

• Attendance at all sessions
• Attendance at ice breaking
• All refreshments and lunches
• CHEERS Congress case

The conference dinner (Thursday, 7^th November) will be paid separately (90€).

Registration and payment

The registration should be done here.

Payment should be made by credit card (except American Express)..

Bank transfers are not accepted.

Registration will be made in a two-step procedure:

• 1 – preregistration for validation (you will receive a confirmation email)
• 2 – registration and payment (make sure to do this step after receiving the confirmation e-mail and to do it in a single session; the conference web platform will not allow the final registration without payment and will not save the uploaded information)

Registration will be effective ONLY after payment validation.

Cancelations:

• Before the 18^th, October 2019 - Full reimbursement;
• After 18^th, October 2019 - No reimbursement
